The password reset email does not arrive

Check your spam folder. If it is not there either, the account may be on a different address: we deliberately answer the same way for registered and unregistered addresses, so the form cannot be used to check who has an account.

I cannot sign in after deleting my account

For 30 days after deletion the account can be brought back: enter the same address and password, and the app will offer to restore it. After 30 days the data is erased completely and nothing can recover it.

Someone is behaving badly

The menu next to a person has “Report” and “Hide this person”. Hiding works both ways: you stop seeing each other, and the other person is not told they were hidden.

Reports are read by a person. If it is urgent, write to abuse@vyraj.app — that is faster.

I want a copy of my data, or want it gone

Account deletion is in the app settings, with no emails and no asking. For a copy of your data write to privacy@vyraj.app. What is kept and for how long is in the privacy policy.
